About 濠薈
Hao Sauna is the sauna desk of 濠薈, a Macau concierge house. We also arrange cross-border and local cars, casino hotel rooms, massage and nightlife.
The sauna side got busy enough that guests were finding us for one thing and then asking about saunas, in five languages, at two in the morning. Rather than make an international guest wade through everything else, we gave the sauna desk its own front door.
We hold the relationships with twelve licensed sauna and spa houses. You tell us the night; we tell you which fits, what it totals including service charge, and put a car at your hotel door. You pay the house directly when you leave. Nothing passes through us.
How we work
You pay the house, not us
No booking fee, no deposit, no card details. The house pays our commission; you settle with them when you leave.
We know what tonight looks like
Which houses are busy this week, which ones sit inside your budget, which one is worth it at that hour on that night. It moves week to week, and keeping up with it is the job.
A car at your door
Once the booking is confirmed, a private car collects you — at your hotel, on the street or at the ferry terminal, anywhere on the peninsula, Taipa or Cotai — and takes you back to your hotel afterwards.
Five languages, any hour
English, 繁體中文, 简体中文, 日本語 and 한국어. Someone is awake.
Three things we will not do
- We do not take your money. No booking fee, no deposit, no card details. The house pays us; you pay the house. If anyone asking you for a transfer claims to be us, they are not.
- We do not add anything to the house price. What you pay at the door is the house's own board, service charge included; our commission comes out of the house, never out of your bill. If a house moves its price between your asking and your arriving, sorting that out is our problem, not yours.
- We do not list a house we have not walked through. Twelve is not a small number for Macau, and it is not going up because someone offered a better commission.
