The busiest of the twelve. A live stage runs late under proper lighting, the room stays warm all evening, and being open 24 hours means you can carry on until morning.

It is the loudest of the twelve and makes no apology for it. Go with people, expect the stage to be running, and expect the room to still be full at three. If you want quiet, one of the others is a better night.

Inside

The washroom mirrors. Two floors of the Royal Dragon hotel, and the fit-out keeps pace with the noise.
A guest room upstairs. Quieter than the floor below, which is the point of taking one.
The street entrance on Rua de Goa. Open 24 hours, and the busiest doorway of the twelve after midnight.
The changing lounge. Loud house, but the back-of-house is orderly.
The dining lounge, laid for the night. Included, and it keeps going while the stage does.
A KTV room. The live stage runs late, and this is where groups end up between sets.
Lockers. Come empty-handed — towels, robe and amenities are all waiting here.
The lounge bar. This is the loud one of the twelve, and it does not pretend otherwise.
The bar: neon-lit shelves behind the counter, high tables with velvet stools, and a lit-tile dance floor in front.

How a Macau sauna works

01 Arrive and check in Bring your passport. You get a locker key and a robe; towels and amenities are provided, so come empty-handed.
02 The baths Start in the water. Pools, steam and a dry sauna — the arrangement differs house to house, and one or two have a signature bath worth planning around.
03 The lounge Afterwards, a reclining lounge. Most houses include food and drink here, and it is where people spend the longest.
04 Add what you want Massage and spa courses are optional, chosen on the night. Nobody rushes the decision.
05 Settle up and go You pay the house on the way out, and it is the figure you were told before you left. Several houses let you rest until morning.
